Singing can improve health & wellbeing  including improving your mood, may boost your immune system and reduce stress levels.

Sing it happy aims – For people of all ages and experience to enjoy using their voices to sing better and feel better.

Each session is individualised to be lively, energetic uplifting and most importantly, lots of FUN.
