Small group workshops focusing on supporting individuals with addictions, homelessness or mental health issues. Using the tools of singing and music to support self belief, confidence, overcome anxiety and support mental wellbeing.


Workshop structure:
-Welcome
- Musical and singing warm ups
- Sing together to well known popular songs
- Tea and Chat
- Open Mic to share your musical experience with songs, poems, singing and musical talents with the group.
